• PREP! Our initial consultation will be an overview of all items to complete ahead of putting the house on the market to have it showing its best - this might include hiring a handyman for a day, painting, decluttering, & organizing.

• STAGE: I will come and get your house ready for the photoshoot with neutral linens, bedding, decor and light furniture as required. (all included in the fee, no staging extras!)

• MULTIMEDIA: We’ll highlight the best of your home with high end real estate specific photographers.

• VALUE: You’ll get a thorough explanation of value using sales data, pricing trends in your neighbourhood, active competition and discussion on pricing strategy depending on your location and current market trends.
